A Week of Thanksgiving


This is a great week to say thanks. Being thankful, saying thanks, and smiling all reduce stress, increase optimism, and improve health.

I’m thankful for
The warm pot of coffee
Brewing in the morning

I’m thankful for
The walk around the corner
Greeted by smiles

I’m thankful for
Family near and far
Gathering and sharing blessings
